Sunbelt Fabricators, Inc. custom steel plate fabrication services, has been providing custom fabricated metal products to worldwide customers in a variety of industries for over 20 years. Our management team is made up of fabricators with years of practical experience in the field; this permits us to provide insight and support to various industries. We’ve built our business on providing value added services that have allowed us to grow into a reliable and financially stable provider of metal fabricating services.

We specialize in the custom fabrication of steel plate with processes such as CNC burning, forming, rolling, and pressing. A fully equipped welding shop is available with electric arc, SMAW, FCAW, and GMAW welding capabilities, as well as sandblasting in our 40′ x 80′ enclosure. Painting can also be provided in our 60′ x 180′ enclosed facility, applying coatings such as epoxy, urethane, zinc, and shop primers (grey oxide/red oxide). We work with steel plate, angle, I-beam, and channel, as well as abrasive wear plate, and stainless steel, up to 3/16″ thick, 40′ in length, and up to 100,000 lbs. A key to our success is a culture of quality; all of the products we produce are subject to rigorous quality control including visual and dimensional testing.
